ISLAMABAD: Ministry for Inter-Provincial Coordination has taken strong exception of advertisement for recruitment of registrar in Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PMVC) without its approval.

The ministry has summoned clarification on advertisement without approval of Service Rules 2018 and placed directly to newspapers by PMVC instead through proper channel of Pakistan Information Department (PID).

Contract of current registrar and secretary of PMVC Dr Aqil Hameed would end on October 1.

When The Express Tribune asked PVMC Dr Masood Rabbani about the issue he said they were following existing laws in the recruitment process.
