LHC summons schools secretary

LAHORE: Justice Shahid Waheed of Lahore High Court (LHC) directed Punjab schools secretary to appear in person before the court on a petition challenging exorbitant fees being charged by different schools. As the proceedings commenced, Justice Waheed came hard on the absence of secretary schools. What measures are being taken to get implemented section 7, justice Waheed asked? People did not come here if implantation is ensured, the judge remarked. The deputy secretary schools informed the court that the secretary schools were busing in meetings with Chief Minster Punjab in last few days but he does not know where is he now. The petitioner’s counsel implored the court that the parents are being charged the heavy amounts every month by schools administrations in the garb of fee by different tactics.
