PESHAWAR: The Peshawar district administration on Monday imposed a ban on the sale and purchase of chemical string under Section 144 of the CrPC. The ban was placed to curtail the rise in kite-flying activity after rains. According to the district administration, chemical strings pose a serious threat to motorcyclists.
