Shooter Akhtar becomes first Pakistani to qualify for 2020 Olympics
Will participate in rapid fire pistol event after good performance in World Shooting Cup

Pakistani shooter Mohammad Khalil Akhtar has become the first from the country to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Akhtar qualified by showing good performance in the World Shooting Cup being held in Brazil.
The event served as the qualifier for the 2020 Olympics and Akhtar qualified through the quota system.
He will be participating in the rapid fire pistol event for Pakistan.
Pakistan Shooting Association secretary Raziuddin believes "Pakistan can win an Olympic medal in the shooting event".
"Qualifying through Olympic quota is a big win," he added.
