Football: KESC down Army as PPFL begins

KESC outclassing Pakistan Army side 2-0 on the opening day of the competition in Karachi.

KARACHI: KESC opened their campaign at the eighth edition of the Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) with a bang, outclassing Pakistan Army side 2-0 on the opening day of the competition in Karachi. Mohammad Rasool scored both goals as KESC won the one-sided encounter. Meanwhile, HBL held Pakistan Navy to a 2-2 draw. Mohammad Ibrahim scored both goals for HBL while Naveed Ahmed and Mohammad Rizwan scored a goal each for Navy.
