The music video for the quirky dance number features the main leads, Maya Ali, Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui, Zara Noor Abbas Siddiqui and Ahmed Ali Butt in unrecognisable avatars. A lot is happening in the video in terms of different outfits of the entire cast - no one's look is the same.

Maya opens the song, slaying in a bold black bare-backed top and a punked-up Gothic look, breaking away from all the girl-next-door stereotypical comments she has been receiving ever since her Mann Mayal days. Saniya, Maya's character in PHL, might after all be a complete surprise for the audiences.
Sheheryar, on the other hand, delineates a hip-hopper gangster look, dressed in faux leather, completely different from all the looks that we have seen him don in the other tracks of PHL.

Shot on a green screen, with animated artwork in the background, the entire aura of Balma Bhagora is exuberant enough to move viewers in synchronisation with the beat. The colours and the dancers also complement the tune of the song.
Mr Funny Bones, Ahmed, who is also the co-lyricist of the song with director Asim Raza, is spotted clad in a gangster outfit. He makes his presence felt as he sports sunglasses and gaudy gold garlands, rapping throughout Balma Bhagora along with Zara, who will be seen opposite him in the rom-com family drama. Shabbo, Zara's character, carries a heavily embroidered traditional outfit, giving a desi touch to the hip vibe of the song. However, this is the second time after Haye Dil Bechara where Zara's styling and attire seem to be a bit of a misfit for the song.

The Parsi couple of Faheem Azam and Rachel Viccaji are also sprinkling their love in the music video. The heartthrob, Shahbaz Shigri looks dapper in a suit.
Balma Bhagora is a perky animated number for which singer Aima Baig has lent her voice, adding spunk to the thumping beat of the song on Azaan Sami Khan's music.

Maya and Zara get their thumkas (pelvic thrust) right but the overall choreography, directed by Nigah Jee lacks the oomph factor to match the highly energetic audio. Choreographing all the tracks by the same person is not a great idea after all.
The music video of Balma Baghora is unlike any other that has been put out by the trove of local cinema in the recent past. The film is all set to release this Eidul Azha all across the country.
