LAHORE: Federal Minister for Water and Power Naveed Qamar on Monday said that Pakistan has approached an international arbitrator over the Indian Kishanganga Dam issue. Talking to the media in Lahore, the minister said the matter could not be sorted out through dialogue between the two main South Asian countries. Pakistan, he added, would also contact the international arbitrator if India resorted to any violation of the Indus Water Treaty.
