Now we have a reason to be optimistic about Pakistan-US relations improving over time
TURBAT, BALOCHISTAN: The meeting between Prime Minister Imran Khan and US President Donald Trump can pave the way for peace and stability in the region. One can safely say that Imran Khan has achieved a vital diplomatic success during his visit.
Many Pakistanis have welcomed Trump’s offer to mediate between Pakistan and India on the core issue of Kashmir. He also gave some solutions for the long-persisting dispute.
The visit can give a new impetus to bilateral relations. Now we have a reason to be optimistic about Pakistan-US relations improving over time.
It is clear that Imran Khan gave importance to national interest since his visit can help to promote trade and economic relations. Those who are conspiring to isolate Pakistan internationally have met with defeat.
It is refreshing to see Imran Khan moving ahead with his vision of a new and developed Pakistan, which will soon be brought to fruition under his leadership.
