Sung by Zeb Bangash, the song is a potpourri of love, magic and euphoria blended together to synchronise the music created by Sanjeev Sen on tabla, Laxmi Sharma on dholak and Ravi Chari on sitar. Director Asim Raza is the lyricist of the song.
The track begins with the main lead, Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqui, dressed up in a traditional white kurta shalwar (men's eastern wear) with a golden shawl resting on one of his shoulders, entering into the hallway of what appears to be a haveli (grand old building).
Khan, on the other hand, is a vision as she gives the audiences some major Umrao Jaan Ada vibes while gracefully performing in that 100-yard red pishwas (women's eastern attire) designed by Umar Saeed.
Be it carrying such a heavy dress, the stunning jewellery or just dancing like she has been trained for it, the Raees actor makes sure she conveys to the viewers that she is the ultimate queen of the industry, who aces everything she tries her hand at.
PHL songs are visually sought after. With the release of Morey Saiyan, Raza has raised the bar of larger than life production designs that will set new benchmarks, for others to follow.
Fans will have to wait for the film to come out and experience this mastery in cinemas.
Directed by Raza and written by Imran Aslam, the biggest wedding of the year, PHL is all set to release this Eidul Azha across the country.
