Lahore Arts Council Executive Director Ather Ali Khan said that a creative workshop was a good platform for students to stimulate their extracurricular talents and grow up as creative persons. He expressed these views while speaking on the fourth day 13-day children drawing workshop organised by Lahore Arts Council at Alhamra Art Museum, Cultural Complex Qaddafi Stadium. Children and their parents lauded the workshop organised and said students were learning different techniques from expert art teachers. Parents said Alhamra Arts Council was taking steps to teach the youth different kind of art through drawing, theatre, painting, and other workshops. Khan said a good teacher can utilise different strategies to teach difficult subjects by integrating it with the arts. “This is a better way to boost children’s interest in learning and help increase their participation in daily routine activities,” he added.
