Letter July 17, 2019
We wish him lots of success and hope to see him win more matches in the future

KECH, BALOCHISTAN: The Pakistani-origin British boxer, Amir Khan, claimed the WBC International Welterweight title in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday. He is a two-time world champion and his first venture in Saudi Arabia ended with a convincing victory over Australian Billy Dib. According to a report, Amir was originally scheduled to face Neeraj Goyat in the first ever Pakistan-India showdown in a boxing ring, but the original opponent withdrew after being injured in a car accident. However, the Pakistani boxing fans wanted to see the British-Pakistani boxer fight against Neeraj Goyat. As an avid follower of boxing and a Pakistani, I congratulate Amir for his stunning victory over the Australian boxer. We wish him lots of success and hope to see him win more matches in the future.
