Khan owns assets worth Rs2.37 billion along with 35 tolas of gold

 ISLAMABAD  : Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan owns properties worth Rs2.37 billion along with 35 tolas of gold, making him the richest lawmaker in the country.

Asset details of K-P lawmakers released by the Election Commission of Pakistan revealed that Leader of Opposition in the K-P Assembly Akram Durrani owns assets worth over Rs10m while the K-P Assembly Speaker K-P Assembly Mushtaq Ghani owns holdings worth over Rs200m.

Provincial Minister for Tourism Atif Khan owns assets worth over Rs10.9m.

MPAs Muhammad Ishtiaq, Bahadur Khan and Fakhar Jahan own assets worth over Rs200m, Rs880m and Rs770.6m respectively. Jahan also owns Rs100m in cash.

Other lawmakers including PTI lawmakers Shahram Khan and Taimur Saleem Khan Jhagra own assets worth Rs5.2m and Rs110m.

Deputy Speaker K-P Assembly Mohammad Jan owns assets worth over Rs4.4m.

MPA Liaquat Khattak owns properties worth over Rs320m and Qalandari Khan Lodhi owns assets worth Rs10.4m.

Asset details of Balochistan lawmakers

The electoral body also released asset details of Balochistan lawmakers.

Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan owns assets worth over Rs220m. The ECP also revealed asset details of chief minister's spouse quoting her holdings to be worth over Rs300m.

Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) MPA Abdul Qudus Bizenjo owns assets worth over Rs2m.

PPP MPA Muhammad Aslam Khan Raisani owns assets worth over Rs210m.
