Unidentified suspects steal govt jeep

KARACHI: A government-owned jeep, used by a doctor associated with the health department, was stolen outside a bungalow in Defence Housing Authority on Sunday night. Unidentified suspects stole the government owned jeep, bearing registration number GS-4939, outside bungalow number 2/70 on street number 12, Phase VII and fled the scene. According to Gizri Police, the stolen jeep was in use by Dr Muhammad Vaqas, a doctor in the health department.  The police shared that complaint number 19/297 and a case in the Gizri Police Station has been registered in the presence of Dr Vaqas as witness. The investigation has begun.
