A 29-year-old girl sustained minor injuries in Nawab Town after a foam spray managed to get in her eye

A 29-year-old girl sustained minor injuries in Nawab Town after a foam spray, used in celebrations, managed to get in her eye. The victim was identified as Samia, a resident of Nishter Colony. The incident occurred at Gate no 06 of Emporium Mall. Police and rescue teams rushed to the spot. They shifted the victim to nearby hospital and also collected evidence. DSP Fakhar Bashir said the victim was discharged after initial treatment. He said that the foam spray had gotten into the victim’s eye. He maintained that he had personally talked to the doctor who had confirmed that it was foam and not acid or a chemical.
