Court extends Hamesh Khan remand

LAHORE:

An accountability court in Lahore on Wednesday extended the physical remand of the prime accused in the Bank Of Punjab Fraud case Hamesh Khan, for another 14 days.

Hamesh Khan was presented before the court under strict security arrangements.

Khan's lawyer said his client's remand has stretched to five weeks now, but NAB has so far been unable to provide evidence that would prove him guilty.

On the other hand, advocates for NAB informed the court of several positive developments in the case and the unearthing of other scandals associated to the Bank of Punjab.

Again, it was corrected after 30 mins in both instances, the price movement was wild, and anyone privy to this mischief could have made a killing CNBC even made Hamesh admit the fault on TV. There should be an insider trading probe as well
