Commenting on the matter, Night Squad Captain and Director Operations Khalid Khan Khattak said the adulterated unit was used for mixing colour and bark with black tea. He said the suspects were handed over to the police and the unit was sealed.

In a separate raid, the authority discarded more than 500 litres of powdered mixed milk and some 300 kilogrammes of yogurt. Assistant Director Asad Ali told media that the distributor was mixing skimmed milk in fresh milk and yogurt. The suspect was handed over to the K-P police and the shop sealed.
