Immunisation campaign: Livestock dept to vaccinate animals
LDDD has set a target to vaccinate 14.8 million animals and birds during the immunisation campaign
FAISALABAD:
In order to save animals from seasonal and epidemic diseases during the monsoon season and to meet the targets for animal immunisation, the Livestock and Dairy Development Department (LDDD) has divided Punjab into 580 flood sectors. LDDD has set a target to vaccinate 14.8 million animals and birds during the immunisation campaign and 454 veterinary officers and 2,494 veterinary assistants have been delegated to achieve the target.
