Capital Development Authority demolishes nine structures

CDA’s Enforcement Directorate carries out operations along the Kashmir Highway in Sector G-12

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration cleared 9 encroachments along the right-of-way of the Kashmir Highway in Sector G-12.

During this drive, new, illegal constructions were demolished while special attention was being paid to ensure that once removed, the encroachment does not surface again.

CDA’s Enforcement Directorate carried out operations along the Kashmir Highway in Sector G-12. This operation was taken against the construction activities carried out in the area which was recently cleared of illegal constructions.

Anabia Marquee, which was demolished during an anti-encroachment operation by the authority last year, was being rebuilt by erecting the columns and subsequently covering the front portion by raising three walls.
