Time has come for Imran to admit his failures: Wahab

KARACHI: Sindh Information Adviser Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that the time has come for PM Khan to accept that his government had no plan to resolve the difficulties of the people of Pakistan. Addressing a press conference in the Sindh Assembly building, Wahab said that the Federal Board of Revenue had fallen short of its collection target by an alarming Rs480 billion.

He remarked that the shortfall in the revenue collection was creating a direct impact on the provinces. Referring to Sindh's troubles, Wahab said that the provincial government was facing hardships in running its programmes in the health, education and other sectors.

According to Wabab, the shortfall of federal transfers to Sindh had soared to Rs130 billion. He demanded the federal adviser for finance Hafeez Shaikh to take notice of the shortfalls.
