Stop the rot

Counterfeit medicines, fake insulin, being sold without fear of consequences

PESHAWAR: What is happening in Pakistan is mind-boggling. In Larkana, AIDs/HIV cases are on the rise. Patients are dying due to negligence on the part of physicians.

Doctors who even do not know what an MBBS degree is are practising as Registered Medical Practitioners.

Counterfeit medicines, even fake insulin, are being sold without any fear of consequences. Who will stop this rot? Nearly every week a major road accident occurs in the country. What should we do?
