Social sciences will help youth make reasoned decisions, speakers

A seminar has been organised by Pinpoint Institute and the magazine Pakistan in the World

Social science helps the youth make knowledgeable and reasoned decisions for the greater public good.

This was stated by speakers at a roundtable on ‘’Social Science Career Challenge and Opportunities: Potential Pathways over the Globe’’ at the Pakistan Academy of Letters. The seminar had been organised by Pinpoint Institute and the magazine Pakistan in the World. Experts from media, education, development sector and entrepreneurial ventures shared their experiences.

The participants, including entrepreneurs, development analysts, philanthropists and media representatives collectively suggested that social science graduates must have a clear vision, mission and objectives to study courses not just to get degrees and jobs, but to help improve the society.
