The committee noted that the CCI and Inter-Provincial Coordination committee (IPC) had different roles that should not be mixed.
The committee also discussed the post-devolution status of overall employees -- including officers as well as officials of devolved ministries and divisions as a result of 18th Amendment.
The Establishment Division secretary told the committee that a total of 4,411 employees were affected as part of the devolution process.
Out of the total, 3,446 were remained with the federal government and others were sent to respective provincial departments, he said, adding 14 employees had unresolved status and all others had been adjusted.
The committee appreciated that none was fired during the process of devolution.
