The people are losing their faith in the government’s ability to provide them with safety
BALOCHISTAN: After the attack on the Hazara community in the Hazarganji area of Quetta, more than 14 people were killed on the Makran Coastal Highway in Ormara, by unidentified persons, last Thursday. It is painful to think of the terror and pain these innocent victims underwent as they were shot in front of each other. This sudden rise in terrorism in the province is also worrying, as the situation had gotten better over the past few years, and now the residents are back to living in an atmosphere of fear. The people are losing their faith in the government’s ability to provide them with safety. The government must take immediate action to ensure such attacks do not return to Balochistan.
