Later, talking to media, Shah said he responded to all the queries of the anti-graft watchdog. He further maintained that he had assured NAB officials of his cooperation in the investigation.
He said that the chief justice in a hearing on Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report had ordered removal of his and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s names from the exit control list (ECL).
“What is going on behind [the scene] would fail [in the end],” he noted.
The CM observed that he never faced any harassment from NAB.
Shah said that he had invited NAB chairman to visit Sindh and himself evaluate the development works going there.
He also said that he had requested the anti-graft watchdog chief to launch an investigation into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bus project.
Shah noted he had raised his voice when Shehbaz Sharif’s family women were called for investigation by NAB.
