Musharraf's former ADC found dead

Major (R) Tanvir's family has refused a post mortem of the body, police investigating cause of death.

Major (Retired) Tanvir who remained ADC (aide - de - camp) to former President Pervez Musharraf was found dead in his residence in Islamabad on Thursday.

According to sources, the police had recovered his dead body from his residence in F-11 sector, initially concluding that he had shot himself in the head while starting investigations the reasons behind the act, to determine if it was a case of suicide or homicide.

The police had taken the pistol into their custody and started investigations to ascertain if the fingerprints had been erased from the pistol.

Major (R) Tanvir’s dead body had been handed over to his family who did not allow the post mortem of his body. The deceased leaves behind one wife and two sons.

Ameer Hamza | 12 years ago | Reply Yes, and now everyone who helped either with the destruction of PNS or identification of terrorists is being either murdered or investigated. Serving officers cannot be killed like this so they better be investigated.
