ISLAMABAD:
Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid has announced he will reveal name of a company allegedly laundering money for both the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

“The same company launders money for Asif Ali Zardari and Shehbaz Sharif and I will reveal its name on April 15,” Rashid said on Wednesday after reviewing construction work at a railway station.

He added: “Before June 30 all thieves will be imprisoned. Shehbaz Sharif is asking for an NRO [National Reconciliation Ordinance-style deal]; however, [Prime Minister] Imran Khan will never give an NRO.”

The minister said Zardari is a ‘good man’ who will return the ‘looted money’. “However, the PML-N [leaders] will go into graves with pockets on their shrouds,” he added.

Shehbaz as PAC chief not a positive message: Sheikh Rashid

Rashid said the Panja Sahib railway station project has been started with an investment of Rs250 million. “Encroachments near the station will be removed and by the next year, it will be a historical station.”

The minister termed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s electoral agenda anti-people. “Modi carried forward this agenda on basis of hatred for Muslims and Kashmiris. His agenda will make another Pakistan somewhere in India.”
