“It has become imperative to launch active anti-drug campaigns in Balochistan and to intensify measures for the rehabilitation of drug addicts,” said Yasinzai. He urged strict action against drug peddlers.

He added that to end this menace from society, the people involved in drug smuggling had to be identified. Yasinzai also assured his support to the ANF in its efforts.

In a separate meeting, the governor discussed efforts regarding the Green Pakistan campaign with a delegation of the Juniper Adventure Association.

“To make the tree plantation campaign successful we must plant more trees and saplings in Quetta and its mountains,” he said.
