Indian troops martyred three Kashmiri youth in the Shopian district of the Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK), Radio Pakistan reported on Thursday.
The youth were killed during a ‘cordon and search operation’ in the Yarwan area of the district.
A police official claimed that soldiers had cordoned off the area and commenced a search operation around 2:30 am.
In addition, occupying Indian forces belonging to the Rashtriya Rifles, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Special Operation Group launched a violent cordon and search operation at Yaroo in Langate area of Kupwara district.
On February 14, a deadly suicide attack in IoK’s Pulwama district killed at least 44 Indian paramilitary soldiers. The suicide bombing took place when a car rammed a bus carrying troops belonging to the CRPF.
