Blood donation camps were held in Provincial Capital, on occasion of the 58th birth anniversary of Benazir Bhutto to pay homage to the legendary leader.
A blood donation camp was also arranged at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) under aegis of Peoples Students Federation (PSF) where students of Peshawar University, Agriculture University, Khyber Medical University, Jinnah College and Engineering University donated blood besides People’s Party workers.
Provincial Health Minister Syed Zahir Ali Shah visited KTH camp and congratulated the organizers and students for donating blood.
Provincial Secretary for Information PSF K-P Fahim Khattak and President PPP Peshawar University Shahzad Khan, General Secretary Wasim Khattak and General Secretary PPP Peshawar district Hajar Wali also donated blood.
Wali said that Benazir Bhutto was a symbol of courage and determination and had always fought for rights of the oppressed.
