Police shifted the body to a local hospital for an autopsy

OKARA: A man was axed to death over a dispute in Okara, police said on Sunday. An official from Satghara police station told Express News that Siddique had allegedly developed relations with a girl who was a resident of Village 16-JD.

He added that on the day of the incident, Siddique went to the girl’s house to meet her while she was alone.

However, the girl’s brother-in-laws saw Siddique leaving the house, he maintained.

They caught the victim and axed him to death, he said. Police shifted the body to a local hospital for an autopsy and conducted raids to arrest the culprits.

On March 15, a man was axed to death over a monetary dispute in Okara. Murad had a dispute with Mansha over a small sum of Rs40.
