Addressing the delegates at the second day of ‘Leaders in Islamabad Business Summit’ conference on Thursday, she stressed diverting focus from traditional ways towards advanced methods by utilising technology at institutions.
Artificial intelligence, which was once just a concept, has now become a reality, she emphasised. “The ground realities in Pakistan have also changed mildly, however, they still pose challenges,” Jalal pointed out.
“With these challenges, the nation gets opportunities to grow in the concerned areas.” Abacus Consulting Regional Director Fatima Asad Said added that organisations had adopted diversity and inclusion approach, which nurtured the skills of individuals regardless of their gender.
