Samjautha Blast: Hindu radicals charge-sheeted

The National Investigation Agency filed a charge-sheet in a court against five Hindu radicals.

Just three days before the foreign secretary-level talks between India and Pakistan, the National Investigation Agency on Monday filed a charge-sheet in a court against five Hindu radicals, including Swami Aseemanand, in the Samjhauta Express train blast case and mentioned a senior leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Indresh Kumar, as one of the “suspects” in the terror act, India Times reported on Monday.

Though Kumar is not an accused in the case as NIA has so far not found “any corroborative evidence of his direct link”, the agency referred to him thrice in the charge-sheet. It said that his involvement in the conspiracy is “highly suspected”.

Why do you want such a piece of land with you? Just discard it.

Pakistani Government has accepted the LeT carried out the attack. The UN has blacklisted LeT and Hafiz Saeed. The Interpol has issued notices. But, no, you think otherwise! If you think your version is true then why dont you convince your own Government of letting go the Terrorists who are in jail for the Mumbai attacks? Pakistan has released so many Terrorists in the past, releasing a few more wont make such a difference. By the way, Pakistan has released Ilyas Kashmiri many times. Ultimately, he was responsible for the Navy base attack few days ago. Wasn't he even in the Pakistani Army? So Pakistanis only had the good sense to jail a Terrorist, many lives and millions of dollars worth of equipment would have been saved.

Tomorrow, your PM shall forget his pair of spectacles in his office and you shall still blame Pakistan. You hail from a nation, where majority is taught to blame Pakistan for everything. @BruteForce: if you understand that nothing is perfect, stop dissing pakistan on account of recent wave of terrorism. Have some respect for the departured souls. If it were not for our sacrifices, you shall forget to smell coffee in the morning. In fact, you might miss to see your next morning at all. He didn't bother to return btw. Troll-effect. He was boasting about justice in India, and i gave JUST ONE example to burst his bubble. And please do not worry about the situation in Pakistan. Do you think that TTP terrorists get arms from Pakistan army? NO. They dont grow arms in soil either. 'Someone' is their life line. And what do you expect from a country where people like Rehman Malik are ministers? Law and order situation is at its worst. No doubt about that. Everyone is taking advantage. Of these, 21,323 are militants, 13,226 civilians killed by militants, 3,642 civilians killed by security forces, and 5,369 policemen killed by militants. The 21,323 militants were killed in operations by security forces and include both Kashmiri and foreign militants. And of the 5,369 members of the security forces, around 1,500 are Kashmiri policemen. Of the 13,226 civilians killed by militants, 11,461 were shot and 1,765 died in grenade blasts and explosions.

I wonder how you came to that conclusion that it was not so! I guess the Urdu Media is to blame. And, no justice system is fool-proof. In the oldest of Democracies this happens. For example, a Murderer got away because of lack of evidence famously(O.J.Simpson). Be glad that these brutes are in Jail in India and not out there giving speeches and inciting mobs. When was the last time you heard of a Hindu-right-wing incident? There was not even a single incidence of Hindu Terror in 2010! Not a single one in an entire year and a half. Can you say the same thing with respect to Pakistan? How many have taken place in Pakistan in the last week alone, forget the entire year! Now they are being exposed on a daily basis and new scams are coming to light every day and more and more people are deserting Congress...So they are doing these hare-brained minority-appeasing antics so that atleast the Muslim votes don't desert them and moreover the largest state with Muslims (U.P) is going to elections....these are all preparations for that. Swami Aseemanand has already said his confessions were extracted under extreme duress and legally this case wont stand.

And train investigation's drop scene happened when one of the perpetrators confessed for their crime and gave away necessary details. I hope that it also sets a good example to Pakistan not to drag religion into everything into life, and to stop the duplicity that it has shown so far on the question of question of terrorism.
