Singer Ali Sethi previously opened up about why he is still so drawn to the ghazal genre while in conversation with The Express Tribune. And, although he spilled the beans on many things, he didn't quite give specifics on venturing out in the United States.
However, in a recent development, the Chandni Raat crooner has finally revealed that he will be touring America. Sharing a picture of the dates on Instagram, his caption read, "USA TOUR UNDERWAY! Come hear us at the National Sawdust, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Centre, Harvard and many more cities and venues."
Sethi's tour begins on March 22, 2019, in New Jersey and will run until early May 2019. After Jersey, he will perform at the Second Annual Pan Asia Sounding Festival in New York with his band. The festival will feature numerous Asian, performers, artists, and film-makers.
This will be followed by a performance with Helga Davis at the Kennedy Centre for the American premiere of Where We Lost Our Shadows. The singer will then make his way to Chicago, Dallas, and Oklahoma followed by a performance in New York's Carnegie Hall. He will end his tour with Cincinnati, San Francisco and finally Harvard on May 5, 2019.
