List prepared for tribal police postings

PESHAWAR: The K-P police have prepared a list of all officers who will be posted in the merged areas of the tribal belt.

This list has been sent to the central police office by the Kohat Regional Police Officer and includes names of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bashir Dad Khan for Kurram Tribal District who is currently posted in the Kohat Traffic Management School, DSP Ashraf Khan for Orakzai Tribal District and DSP Abid Khan of the Counter Terrorism Department of Kohat for Orakzai Tribal District.



Similarly, a letter has been sent to the central police office for posting Kohat Headquarters SDO to subdivision Darra Adam Khel.

The names of a further 33 police officials, including six officers, has been sent to the Peshawar CPO for posting to the Khyber Tribal District which also includes 3 station house officers from Peshawar.
