Work on LPG plant in Sanjawi to begin soon: Dummer

Dummer said the government was aware of the issues faced by the people residing in the area

QUETTA: Balochistan Minister for Public Health Engineering Noor Mohammad Dummer on Wednesday said that the construction of an LPG plant in Sanjawi district has been approved and work on the project would be initiated soon.

Addressing people at a gathering in his honour, the minister said the area had been given the status of a municipal committee.

Regarding the LPG project, he said that last week he met the managing director of the Sui Southern Gas Company in Karachi, who assured him that work on it would begin soon.

Dummer said the government was aware of the issues faced by the people residing in the area, including those related to infrastructure and resources. He assured the people that he would leave no stone unturned in solving the problems of the people as it was a source of immense satisfaction for him.

He added that he had visited the constituency with Chief Minister Jam Kamal to review losses caused by the recent heavy rain and compensate the affected people.
