KARACHI: Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has dispelled the impression that he was in any way interested in becoming captain. “My job is to perform well for the country as a player, I’m not interested in captaincy,” he said. “My interview has been misinterpreted and misreported.” However, he said it was up to the Pakistan Cricket Board if they thought him good enough to appoint him captain in the future.
