Kamal invited the supporters of Muttahida Qaumi Movement to analyse themselves if the politics played in the name of Muhajirs had indeed benefitted Muhajirs or not. He said that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches were being held in Karachi now, which meant that the city had become one of the safest cities of Pakistan and, he claimed, the credit goes to PSP.
Kamal said that the party that claims it's the representative of the Muhajir community says that they don't even have the authority over gutter lines even after winning 11 elections in the past 35 years. He added that providing clean drinking water was a far bigger issue for them to resolve.
He said that there was no Urdu-speaking person present in the Sindh Secretariat. He added that of around 135 assistant commissioners that were appointed, none of them is Urdu-speaking.
He said that justice and progress were not possible in the country without the presidential system. Members of the central executive committee, national council and party workers attended the event.
