Divisions: 2 new branches for Mepco

BAHAWALPUR: Two new operation divisions will be formed in the Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) Bahawalpur Region. According to Mepco officials, the Bahawalpur City Operation Division is to be split into two separate divisions and a new operation division called the Model Town Operation Division will be formed. Abbasia, Satellite Town, Baghdadul Jadeed and the Yazman subdivisions will fall under the Bahawalpur City Operation Division while the Sutlej, Model Town, Shahdra and Khanqah Sharif subdivisions will operate under the newly formed Model Town Operation Division. Another operation division will be formed for Chishtian. Two new revenue offices will also be established for the newly formed operation divisions.
