The authorities should also send their staff to check the water pipelines
KARACHI: I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards an acute shortage of water in Lyari, Karachi. Lyari is a big locality. Residents of the area have been facing the problem of water shortage for long. Often no water is supplied to the area. Drinking water is unfit for human consumption. We have lodged several complaints before the water board but they have failed to respond properly. The authorities should also send their staff to check the water pipelines, which might be clogged and have them cleaned.
