Jonas Brothers make a comeback with 'Sucker' featuring their female partners

The heartthrob trio is back together with their first single in six years

The Jonas Brothers are back together with their first single in six years, the heartthrob trio announced yesterday. "We're baaaccckkkk..." the band had tweeted.

The Grammy-nominated boy band dropped their new song Sucker today, after splitting nearly six years ago due to a "deep rift in the band."

The brothers - Joe, 29, Kevin, 31, and Nick, 26, - teased their reunion in a Carpool Karaoke spot for The Late Late Show with James Corden. "It's nice to be able to finally tell somebody," Nick said in a promo for the segment. "We've kept this a secret now for almost seven or eight months. This is basically our first performance back."
Sucker will be the first release from the trio since June 2013's First Time.

The music video is quite eccentric (to say the least), right from the get go. It reminded us of Alice in Wonderland with the elaborate apparels and numerous animals.

The visuals begin with the three brothers standing on a stage singing to a rather peculiar audience comprising different women in funky clothing. This includes Nick's wife and Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra, Joe Jonas' fiance, actor Sophie Turner, and Kevin Jonas' wife Danielle.

Moving on to the track itself, it's fun with mellow but catchy beats in the backdrop. The vocals are good but nothing special. And the fact that there's hardly any variation throughout the whole all of makes it a tad bit boring.

Having said all that, one doesn't even really get to focus on the melody as the video is so extravagant.
