Ghandhara launches Isuzu pickup

KARACHI: Ghandhara Industries Ltd, in partnership with Isuzu Motors, introduced the full range of Isuzu D-Max pickup to Pakistan’s market. It was unveiled to over 400 guests, including corporate and individual customers, bankers, vendors, government officials, media persons and representatives from Isuzu. Speaking at the launch, Isuzu Motors International Operations Thailand Senior Vice President Kenichi Asahara said, “Our D-Max will not only go comfortably on road, but can also go aggressively off road. Isuzu D-Max is currently sold in more than 120 countries around the world. Today, Pakistan will be added as a new market for Isuzu pickup trucks business. Pakistan is now experiencing a drastic economic change, and Isuzu is willing to contribute to the growth of its automobile industry. GIL Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Kuli Khan Khattak said, “GIL is taking yet another lead by bringing Isuzu pickup range in Pakistan market. CKD operation of Isuzu D-Max pickup trucks started from mid-2018 that created new job opportunities, and offers the highest standard solution for the benefit of customers.”
