UoP CPEC moot to mull Chinese, Pakistani varsities cooperation

Conference to engage academicians, scholars, government officials, diplomats, journalists from Pakistan and China

PESHAWAR: China Study Centre (CSC) University of Peshawar, in collaboration with institutions of higher education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is organising a three-day international conference titled CPEC: Collaboration in Higher Education And Sustainable Development from Tuesday (today).

According to a statement, the conference will engage academicians, scholars, government officials, diplomats, journalists and development specialists from Pakistan and China, in a constructive interaction with the participants to generate critical thinking over policy formulations and coordinative integration across borders.

The conference aims exploring collaboration in higher education between Pakistani and Chinese universities, faculty and student exchange programmes, and learning the achievements of Higher Education Commission (HEC) and China Association of Higher Education (CAHE).
