BERLIN: In a meeting of Formula One's Technical Working Group, the governing body announced that the blown-diffuser ban from the British Grand Prix will go ahead. Initially the FIA had planned to ban the practice of blowing diffusers off-throttle from the Spanish Grand Prix but most teams objected to the decision, claiming it prove costly. However, after the meeting in London, the FIA saw no reason to delay the ban any further.
