'Baarishein' is just another Atif Aslam song
Although the song is soulful and moving, it's time we see something different

The trailer of Atif Aslam's new song has just been released it's left us unexcited.Titled Baarishein, the song features Indian actor Nushrat Bharucha.
"Mujhe nahi pata humare beech kab kya galat ho gaya. Sab khatam kyun aur kese hogaya (I don't know what went wrong between us. How and why everything ended)," is the opening dialogue, leading into the track.
Then comes the dramatic piano and violin notes followed by Atif's oh-so-soothing vocals. The visuals show Atif in a dark room, reminiscing the good times with his love, on the beach. There's many variations within the Atif's vocals and the intensity with which he sings is enough to captivate anyone, but that's no surprise.
Although the song is soulful and moving, we think it's time we see something different. Atif is known to create songs like this and it's come to a point that every new song is almost predictable.
