Food Poisoning Case: Two accused granted bail

After dining at Arizona Grill in DHA last November

KARACHI: A local court granted bail on Thursday to two accused, who are nominated in the case of two minor brothers’ death due to food poisoning after dining at an eatery in DHA. The case was heard by South judicial magistrate. The court accepted the bail pleas of the accused, Adnan and Amir, against a surety of Rs500,000 each. The defence lawyer maintained that both the parties in the case have reached an understanding. The court remarked that it will make its decision after examining the documents attached with the deed of compromise. The two minors had died after eating at Arizona Grill in DHA in November 2018.
