Livestock Export: Workings of farms must be improved

Administration of livestock farms should be changed to achieve desired results: Aulakh.

LAHORE: Punjab Agriculture Minister Malik Ahmad Ali Aulakh has directed livestock officials to devise a comprehensive plan to monitor the functioning of all the 22 livestock farms of the government in the province.

Addressing a meeting containing livestock directors and superintendents on Wednesday, he stressed the need for making an effective working of livestock farms to gain a share from international market of meat products.  He stressed for making an exemplary and effective working of livestock farms to gain due share from international market of meat products. According to Aulakh, the administration of livestock farms should be changed to achieve desired results and capable officers should be appointed.
