This came during Chief Minister and BAP President Jam Kamal Khan’s visit to Islamabad where he met Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani and party members in National Assembly and Senate.
According to details, Senate chairman, Federal Minister for Defence Production Zubaida Jalal, Senator Sarfaraz Bugti, Senator Anwarul Haq Kakar, MNA Nawabzada Khalid Khan Magsi, Mir Ehsanullah Reki, Rubeena Irfan, and Sardar Israr Khan Tareen exchanged views with CM Kamal in Balochistan House.

During the meeting, the key leadership of the BAP thoroughly discussed federal and provincial affairs and decided to constitute a committee to address the existing issues in Balochistan.
The committee will start deliberations with other political parties to win their trust over joint efforts for better solution of provincial issues.
The BAP leadership expressed satisfaction over party’s performance in central and provincial level and vowed to play an active role for provincial rights.
The ruling party in Balochistan decided to increase party’s role in provincial and central level. The party members also expressed delight over the victory of Senator Manzoor Khan Kakar in Senate by-elections earlier this week.
The other day, CM Kamal chaired a high-level meeting in Quetta to discuss law and order situation in the province.
It was decided to launch Safe City project in all major and border cities of the province. The home secretary, inspector general of police and Frontier Corps officials had briefed the participants about efforts of law enforcement agencies (LEAs) for maintaining peace.
Home Minister Mir Zia Langove, Finance Minister Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani, Information Minister Mir Zahoor Buledi, Chief Secretary Dr Akhter Nazeer, IG Police Mohsin Butt, the FC DIG, Quetta DIG, Levies DG and officials of intelligence agencies were present on the occasion.
The meeting was told that implementation of the Quetta Safe City project had begun, while planning was under way to launch similar projects in all major cities of Balochistan, including those in border areas.
During the meeting, implementation and progress on the National Action Plan, as well as capacity building of police and Levies with training courses under Pakistan Army were discussed.

In addition, security for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor projects and Gwadar, geo-fencing and locator technology, performance and capacity development of the Counter-Terrorism Department and well-being of pilgrims were also reviewed.
“Lack of basic facilities, faltering economic activities and bad governance were the prime causes of unrest in Balochistan, which has given an opportunity to our enemies of luring youth to pick up arms against the state,” said CM Kamal. The government was taking effective measures to counter it, he said.
The chief minister expressed satisfaction over burgeoning international investment in Balochistan. He said that such ventures would help in providing job opportunities and boosting trade activities.
