Balochistan Instability: One killed in Quetta blast

QUETTA: A man was killed and another sustained injuries in a roadside explosion on Monday near the office of Regional National Accountability Bureau (NAB). According to the official sources, a bomb was attached to a bicycle, which was parked on the Shahra-i-Ghulistan Road. The explosion injured another two passersby. “The explosives were attached to a bicycle and it seems four to five kilograms of explosive material was used for the bomb,” a senior official said. The officials of Frontier Corps and police reached soon after the explosion and cordoned off the area and shifted the injured to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) where one of the injured Ziaul Haq succumbed to his injuries while his colleague identified as Nizamuddin is stated to be in critical condition.
