Paper Trail: Man sentenced to 5 years for forgery

The accused was also charged with extorting money from people

MIANWALI: The Anti-Corruption Court, Sargodha region has awarded five year imprisonment to a messenger, of the district coordination office (DCO) for forging documents. According to police officials, Mochh resident Naib Qasid Abaidullah was caught on charges of preparing fake domicile documents for over 62 people. The accused was also charged with extorting money from people in exchange for preparing fake travel papers, drivers’ licenses and other documents. Mianwali Anti-Corruption Police registered a case against him on Saturday afternoon and has arrested him.
