RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s ambassador in Bahrain Ibrahim Abdul Qadeer underwent a medical check-up in Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology on Tuesday.

The envoy had complained of chest pains, and his medical examination was performed by Major General (retd) General Dr Azhar Mehmood Kiani. As part of the envoy's medical check-up, an ECG and angiography were performed.

According to the report, the ECG was normal but a minor disease was diagnosed in one coronary. Qadeer has been prescribed medicines, daily exercises and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.

On the provision of best medical facilities, the ambassador thanked Major General (retd) Azhar Mehmood Dakyani.
